A STUDENT AND ALUMNI DRIVEN ORGANISATION

WHO WE ARE
The Bayes (formerly Cass) Real Estate Club is a student and alumni driven organisation which creates valuable opportunities for members to engage with leading industry professionals and real estate organisations through its regular networking and panel discussion events and workshops throughout the year. In September 2021, Cass Business School was renamed to Bayes Business School and so the Real Estate Club has now been rebranded.
Established in 2012 the Club provides a platform for interested members to gain insights into important industry topics and valuable networking opportunities with business leaders as well as alumni.
Our ultimate aim is to facilitate the development and employability of Bayes students and alumni. We are also committed to strengthening the recognition of Bayes Business School’s MSc Real Estate and MSc Real Estate Investment courses on a global scale.
The leadership of the Bayes REC consists of the Board of Directors, The Corporate Sponsorship Team & The Marketing and Events Team.

SCHOLARSHIP
The Bayes Real Estate Club Scholarship is awarded with funds raised by the student-led Bayes Real Estate Club primarily through the Annual Conference with the generous help of our sponsors.
The Bayes Real Estate Club relishes the prospect of investing in the next generation of Real Estate Leaders through its own Scholarship fund, the Bayes Real Estate Club Scholarship Fund. The Scholarship Fund provides greater meaning to the Bayes Real Estate Club, as it is the club’s means of helping high potential, in need students with strong academic abilities and drive to pursue real estate related careers.
Award Purpose
The Bayes Real Estate Club Scholarship Fund offers financial assistance to high-calibre students. It is awarded with funds raised by the student-led Cass Real Estate Club primarily through the highly successful annual Real Estate Conference. The CREC has raised app. £40,000 between 2012 and 2015.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship, candidates must hold an offer for the MSc Real Estate or MSc Real Estate Investment course at Bayes Business School. Candidates must prove their need for financial assistance and display outstanding academic credentials and those with professional experience are also encouraged to apply.
